to remember that location. it’s like a bookmark. you can come back to that spot easily.
It helps the user to identify and remember the place you were in or where to. Kind of help.
It’s is very similar to bookmarking a location, yes. It just drops a big gigantic pin right in the center of the screen, so that you can remember that location for later. Also, you can drag the pin around after you drop it, to make it more precise.
